Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer, mechanical, electromechanical, microelectronics, or a related engineering field.
• Hands-on experience developing, testing, or characterizing engineering systems or devices.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate results clearly.
• Independent and collaborative work style in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and evaluation of MEMS-based sensor systems and test methods.
• Develop studies to characterize sensor performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Build and troubleshoot laboratory setups, prototypes, and measurement systems.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and present conclusions via reports and reviews.
• Draft test protocols, verification plans, and design documentation per quality systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers on component development and process improvements.
• Apply engineering principles and statistical thinking throughout the product-development lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and internal standards.
