Job summary

RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking in person AND virtual licensed Speech Language Pathologists for the Memphis, Tennessee area. This position involves providing speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and educational support to students within school settings.

Clinical supervision and ongoing training are provided for eligible candidates. Interviews are now taking place with a scheduled start date of August 3rd, 2026.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• Tennessee Department of Education License required.
• Tennessee Department of Health Board License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students.
• Deliver in-person speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically.
• Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding therapy plans and student progress.
