Job summary

IFF is seeking a Plant Manager for its Memphis site to lead operations and drive safety, quality and productivity. You will guide performance across cost, delivery and inventory while building organizational capability and aligning with global strategy.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage union relationships, and champion continuous improvement, sustainability, and regulatory compliance to deliver reliable service to customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in an industrial or chemical-process environment.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience on a site’s senior leadership team.
• Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate across functions and communicate clearly.
• Experience leading cultural or business transformation and developing engaged teams.
