Job summary

TradeLink Solutions Company is seeking a South-TN Superintendent to cover Huntsville and Nashville projects, leveraging 5–20 years of ground‑up/commercial experience. The role coordinates subcontractors, manages budgets, and ensures safety across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will oversee site activities, maintain schedules, and communicate progress to project managers and executives, while ensuring quality and timely delivery of restaurant, retail, and office developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a Lead commercial construction site-manager role.
• 10+ years in commercial GC construction including medical/educational/hospitality.
• Ability to interface with inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and manage project schedules; maintain budgets and site safety.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; supervise construction from design through completion.
• Lead a team to execute ground-up and build-out/TI projects in restaurant, retail and office sectors.
