Job summary

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) seeks a local contract Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) Supervisor for a 13‑week assignment in Memphis, Tennessee. The role focuses on supervising CLS staff, ensuring accurate laboratory analyses, and relaying test results to physicians.

Work is 40 hours weekly, dayshift, 8 hours per day. Local contract with competitive pay and guaranteed hours; benefits include weekly pay and holiday pay. Certification as CLS and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory clinical laboratory experience.
• Licensed/registered with a certifying agency (MLT ASCP, NCA, AMT or equivalent).
• CPR-Basic Life Support – American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CLS staff and workflow in the medical laboratory.
• Analyze and verify results, relay test results to physicians.
• Ensure compliance with lab safety and quality control procedures.
