• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of functional management experience.
• Experience in software development within semiconductor test or ATE environments.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles.
• Experience collaborating with hardware engineers and FPGA developers.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and MS Visual Studio.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cross-team conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated leadership to mentor and guide engineering teams.
• Passion for learning about the ATE industry and ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead milestone-based development schedules to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget.
• Develop functional specs and design documentation aligned with system requirements.
• Collaborate with SMEs to refine software requirements for new features.
• Build cross-functional relationships to drive progress on time-critical projects.
• Support execution by monitoring progress, resolving issues, and reporting to leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to unblock challenges and align on delivery strategies.
• Mentor engineers through coaching, career growth opportunities.
• Ensure strong technical knowledge of ATE systems to address customer-impacting issues.
