Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of technical project management and product development experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with electro-mechanical design and software in a product development environment.
• Lead cross-functional teams of 10–20 people across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site, cross-functional teams to define and deliver prototypes, demonstrations, or products using phase-gate or iterative processes.
• Deliver to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality; manage changes, risks, and communications.
• Lead project and phase-gate reviews with clear written and verbal communication to stakeholders.
• Manage budgets; monitor material requisitions and ensure timely delivery.
