Job summary

Xenergic is seeking a highly motivated Analog Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the next generation of embedded memory solutions. You will design leaf cells, port physical designs between technologies, and optimize blocks for EMIR mitigation within a collaborative SoC environment.

Qualifications

• MSc. in EE or related field.
• At least 3 years in analog IC design including layout and simulation.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to drive complex tasks autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Design leaf cells under tight area and integration constraints.
• Port physical designs between technologies and optimize blocks for EMIR mitigation.
• Finish test chip design on DRC/LVS level and simulate/verify designs.
• Integrate top-level IP within SoC and support customers in rare tradeshow meetings.
• Collaborate with layout, analog, digital and coding teams.
