Micron Technology, Inc. invites motivated students to join the HBMRichardson team as an Intern - Memory Design Engineer. You will contribute to HBM memory and logic design, RTL development, and AI-assisted optimization in a collaborative environment.

The internship offers hands-on semiconductor design experience, exposure to EDA tools, and cross-team interaction with Verification, Physical Design, CAD, and Product Engineering to advance next-generation memory solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Familiarity with Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL.
• Programming in Python, Perl, Tcl, C/C++, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HBM memory and logic design activities, including RTL development, circuit implementation, simulation, verification.
• Develop scripting, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to improve design productivity, debug efficiency, and design-flow quality.
• Perform timing, power, and functional analysis of HBM subsystems and support design reviews, investigations, and root-cause analysis using AI-enabled techniques.
• Collaborate with Design Verification, Physical Design, CAD, and Product Engineering teams to support project execution.
• Document technical work, experimental results, build methodologies, and AI-assisted insights.
