Oakmont Management Group's Ivy Park at Playa Vista in Los Angeles, CA, is hiring a Care Provider for Memory Care. This full-time role offers 6am–2pm shifts and a pay range of $19.50–$21.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Pass a criminal background check and health screenings (TB tests).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while preserving dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate any changes to a supervisor and maintain a safe environment.
• Support teamwork and collaboration with staff and departments.
