Oakmont of Silver Creek is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide personal assistance and daily care in our memory care unit. This full-time position supports residents’ independence and quality of life, working a 2 pm–10 pm PM shift within a supportive team.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, responding to resident needs, and reporting changes to supervisors. Benefits and a path for growth are offered by Oakmont Management Group.

Formación

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with staff, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity, safety and confidentiality.
• Report observed/respected changes in condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
