Job summary

Gurnee Place Memory Care is seeking Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to residents in our senior living communities in Gurnee, IL. Join a mission-driven team that values hospitality, integrity, respect, and humor in daily interactions.

You’ll collaborate with nursing and life enrichment staff, participate in training, and help create a safe, engaging environment for residents. Full-time and part-time shifts available, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training upon hire.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate resident care including daily living activities and mobility support.
• Assist with mealtimes, activities, and routines while preserving comfort and dignity.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights; ensure safety and attentiveness.
