Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living seeks compassionate Caregivers to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will perform hands-on care, assist with daily activities, and help create a comfortable, safe environment. Previous caregiver or CNA experience is valued, and a CNA license is not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear English communication, in verbal and written form.
• Experience as a caregiver or in senior care is valued.
• Ability to use company devices like tablets, smartphones, and laptops.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Assist residents with daily activities while maintaining safety and wellbeing.
• Document daily care and report changes to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Deliver hospitality and excellent resident service consistently.
