Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a Wellness & Enrichment Director for the Boise, ID area to fulfill physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs of residents.

You will develop a monthly activity calendar, run activities with oversight, order supplies, supervise assistants, manage the department budget, and follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies, contributing to high-quality senior living experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in activities or recreation programming is required.
• Experience in healthcare/memory care is required.
• Passion and drive for helping others with residents.
• Desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.

Responsibilities

• Develop a monthly calendar of life enrichment activities.
• Set up and run activities while providing resident oversight.
• Order activity supplies.
• Supervise a team of life enrichment assistants.
• Operate within department budget.
• Follow HIPAA and all Edgewood policies.
