Job summary

Edgewood Spring Creek Memory Care in Boise, ID is seeking a Wellness & Enrichment Assistant for a full-time day shift. You will plan and lead on-site and off-site life enrichment activities, primarily in the Memory Care wing, while supervising residents and ensuring their safety.

Experience in geriatrics or memory care is preferred; strong leadership, a passion for helping others, and a willingness to train new staff are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in activities or recreation programming (desired)
• Memory Care and leadership experience (strongly desired)
• Passion and drive for helping others
• Willingness to train new employees
• Desire to continue learning and improving your skillset

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning on-site and off-site life enrichment activities
• Determine supply needs
• Set up and run activities, primarily in our Memory Care wing
• Provide resident supervision to ensure safety
• Follow HIPAA and all Edgewood policies
