Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Supervisor to lead clinical resident care services across our community. The role focuses on delivering a 1440 experience, optimizing performance, and strengthening staff connections.

You will supervise AL/MC teams, oversee care conferences, ensure accurate care planning, and maintain compliance with the 1440 care standards while communicating clearly with residents' families.

Qualifications

• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of dementia/Alzheimer’s resident experience in the last 5 years.
• 12 hours of dementia-specific training in last 3 months.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating manuals; write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for your team and performance.
• Conduct evaluations & care conferences for AL/MC with appropriate staffing and care.
• Maintain Employee Connection and provide regular feedback to staff.
• Oversee resident and family care; communicate with families.
• Lead to 1440 Care Standard accountability.
