Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Resident Assistant for Memory Care in Cedar Park, TX to support residents in daily living activities and mobility. The role is full-time with 6am-2pm shifts, paying USD 16.00 per hour.

Prior elder care experience and CPR are valued, and eligibility for benefits is noted. Responsibilities include assisting with grooming, hygiene, transport within the community, and responding to emergencies while following care plans and vital signs monitoring.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing residents with assistance in activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing and maintaining their personal environment.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
• Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans as well as obtaining vital signs.
