Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a Resident Assistant in Memory Care for a full-time position on the second shift (2pm–10pm). You will assist residents with daily living activities and help with grooming, bathing, and mobility within the community.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, meet state requirements, CPR is preferred, and experience with elderly residents is a plus. Spectrum offers comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) plan, along with daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
• Calm, helpful, and respectful countenance appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with assistance in activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, personal environment).
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident/visitor requests, and environmental hazards promptly and safely.
• Review and adhere to resident care plans and obtain vital signs.
