Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care in Bethalto, IL, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time hours (30-40 per week). Compensation ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 hourly. The RN will oversee resident care, assist with medications, and support staff under the Wellness Director.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed to practice under State Regulations.
• Experience in direct patient care and assessment of clinical conditions.
• CPR certification and basic first aid knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer resident care and support the Wellness Director and staff.
• Supervise the medication program and assist residents with self-administration.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Maintain positive relations with residents, families and physicians.
• Support in resident assessments and service plans; participate in training.
