Job summary

Responsibilities include counting narcotics, maintaining med cart inventory, reporting discrepancies, assisting with vital signs, and documenting in the daily log.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a senior care setting.
• State-specific QMAP certificate required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications following the 6 rights and document on MAR/TAR.
• Count, document, and manage narcotics and med cart inventory.
• Notify parties of discrepancies and restock meds as needed.
• Provide personal care and conduct basic nursing tasks as required.
• Record vitals, temperatures, BP, and weights; log daily activity.
