Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a program manager to oversee dementia care initiatives within our Clare Bridge communities in Virginia. You will coach care associates, lead resident and family engagement efforts, and ensure high-quality, person-centered programming across dining and care services.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in gerontology or related field and have at least three years of management experience, with experience in dementia care in residential settings.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
