• Participates in interview of potential memory care residents with input into the assessment.
• Supervises development of resident care systems and standards of practice.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and proper documentation.
• Provides dementia-specific training to staff and communicates needs with families.

Responsibilities

• Directs activity services for memory care in collaboration with the Lifestyle Director.
• Assists in memory care resident placement and pre-placement planning.
• Supervises staffing schedules ensuring budgeted levels.
• Maintains documentation and regulatory compliance.
