Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a healthcare setting.
• 2–3 years or more in care of senior adults preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

Responsibilities

• Meet resident care and activity needs and manage overall operation of the Memory Care Neighborhood.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and Meridian policies and procedures.
• Foster a safe, social, and purposeful environment for residents and support families.
