The role is also eligible for team-based bonuses. Temporary associates may participate in the 401(k) plan but are not benefits-eligible.

In alignment with Brookdale's Resident and Family Engagement philosophy, plans, coordinates, and facilitates person-centered dementia programs tailored to residents' needs, interests, and abilities, enhancing their quality of life.
Preferred Bachelor's Degree in therapeutic recreation, gerontology, education, or related field. At least two years of experience with older adults and dementia preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
Must hold a valid driver’s license and a clean 3-year driving record. Additional licensing may be required.
Uses limited judgment, follows guidelines, and knows when to escalate issues. Basic PC skills and understanding of organizational processes are required.
$17.01 - $21.27 per hour
