Job Summary
In alignment with Brookdale's Resident and Family Engagement philosophy, the Program Coordinator plans, coordinates, and facilitates a calendar of person-centered dementia-friendly programs that meet the specific needs of residents within the dementia care community. The role involves providing meaningful and purposeful programs to enhance residents' quality of life, recognizing individual abilities and needs, and encouraging independence while honoring their habits, routines, interests, and preferences.
