Job Summary
Assists the Clare Bridge Program Manager or Coordinator in leading and implementing a calendar of person-centered dementia-friendly programs that meet the specific needs of each resident within the dementia care community. In alignment with Brookdale's Resident and Family Engagement philosophy, helps provide meaningful and purposeful dementia care programs that enhance residents' quality of life. Recognizes individual abilities and needs, encouraging independence and honoring residents' habits, routines, interests, and preferences in care and programming.
