Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Serve as a Patient Observer to understand residents' interests and abilities and develop engagement plans.
• Master the Mise en Scène to set the stage for daily activities across dining, events, and routines.
• Act as Life Partner by supporting residents from wake to sleep across daily tasks.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately and promptly.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members and neighborhood operations.
