Carriage Court Senior Living in Hilliard, OH is seeking a compassionate Care Partner for a full-time, 7:00am–7:00pm schedule. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities and providing empathetic companionship to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 years and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive, energetic attitude and a passion for resident well-being.
Basic computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Criminal background cleared per policy.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments through empathy.
Be present, reliable, and collaborative with team members and the community.
