Job summary

Ascension Living, Chattanooga, TN, Memory Care department, is seeking a compassionate caregiver on a rotating PRN schedule to deliver daily resident care including hygiene, ADLs, and safe mobility. You will support RNs and physicians with procedures and care plans, monitor conditions, and report changes promptly while keeping areas clean.

Minimum requirements include high school diploma or GED preferred and BLS Provider preferred.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Memory Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive daily care, assisting patients with personal hygiene, ADLs, and safe mobility/transfers.
• Support RNs and physicians with clinical procedures and the delivery of population-specific care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions, promptly reporting physical, mental, or emotional changes to nursing staff while maintaining clean patient areas.
