Job summary

Riverside Post Acute is seeking an RN or LPN to join the Memory Care Unit, with full-time and part-time opportunities available. Competitive hourly rates with daily pay, all-inclusive. Competitive benefits to support resident care and staff wellbeing.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring conditions, documenting accurately, and collaborating with the team to ensure compassionate, high-quality care. Florida license and BLS/CPR required.

LPN: $28-$31/hour(all inclusive)

RN: $35 - $38/hour(all inclusive)

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Responsibilities may vary based on position and licensure.

• Provide quality resident care in accordance with nursing standards, physician orders, and individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and prescribed treatments according to the plan of care and facility policies.

• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report and respond to clinical changes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, safe, and compassionate care.

• Follow all infection control, safety, and nursing protocols.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Florida.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
