Qualifications

• Active nursing license is required.
• CPR / First Aid certification required.
• Team-first mindset; senior living experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and guide their care with intention.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and confidently.
• Lead and support CNAs & Resident Assistants.
• Partner with families (because they matter too).
• Respond to real-time needs with skill and heart.
• Engage residents through Pathways of Purpose program.
