Oakmont Management Group seeks a Medication Technician (Memory Care & Assisted Living) in California to support medication administration and resident care across the Ivy Living communities. You will partner with nursing and support staff, ensure accurate documentation, and promote safety and dignity for residents in a memory care setting.

The role requires a compassionate approach, attention to detail, and ability to work with diverse teams in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with medication assistance in RCFE or similar setting preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.
• Proficient in documenting medication and care records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medications to residents per orders.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and physician for changes and deliveries.
• Maintain confidential medication records and safety standards.
• Support residents with activities and daily living needs.
