Senior Lifestyle in Snellville, GA is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to safely administer medications and provide personal care to memory care residents. You will follow MAR/TAR, support ADLs, assist with dining and activities, and document care in daily logs while collaborating with LPN/LVN/RN and supervisors.

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or GED, 1+ month of relevant experience, and current Medication Technician certification per state regulations.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• 1+ months of relevant experience; Senior Living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification per state regulations.

Aufgaben

• Supervise self-administered meds for Memory Care per MAR/TAR and guidelines.
• Count and sign narcotics with approved personnel; report discrepancies.
• Order medications and notify when stock is low.
• Verify medicines against MAR and notify DHW/pharmacy of discrepancies.
• Provide personal care and basic nursing tasks; document in logs.
• Maintain and restock medication carts; assist with weekly cleaning.
