Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a full-time position to assist elderly residents with medication needs, daily living activities, and health management in Scottsdale, Arizona. Candidates must have a High School diploma and preferably CPR certification, with experience in elderly care. The role includes documenting in medication records and responding to resident needs. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
• A calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor is appreciated.
• Experience with dementia patients is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, order, and assist residents with medication needs.
• Transcribe and document in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and health needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident's physical or mental state.
• Transport residents within the community.
• Respond to emergency calls and hazards in a timely manner.

Skills
