Responsibilities
Maintain, order, and assist residents with medication needs.
Transcribe and document in the Medication Assistance Record.
Assist residents with daily living activities and health needs.
Observe and report changes in resident's physical or mental state.
Transport residents within the community.
Respond to emergency calls and hazards in a timely manner.
Skills
