Job summary

Magnolia Trails at East Lake is a Sonida Senior Living community in Tarpon Springs, FL, focused on Memory Care. We are seeking a Memory QMA to support residents with daily living activities and medication administration, ensuring high quality care in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes monitoring residents, documenting care, and adhering to facility policies. Qualified candidates receive training and benefit from a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or certified by the operating state (FL) to administer medications through a QMA, CMA, or state-required med passing certification
• CPR certified and/or first aid certified preferred

Responsibilities

• To assist residents with dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming. To help make beds and empty trash.
• To monitor and assist with medication provision, following standards established by facility policies and procedures. To properly document medication provision, services delivered, and, if appropriate, the resident's condition.
• To follow the instructions given by the supervisor and communicate with the supervisor on resident health questions/concerns as necessary
