Brightview Senior Living is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents in a Maryland community.

You will support activities of daily living, monitor changes, and collaborate with nursing staff to update care plans, while encouraging participation in community programs and activities. This role offers meaningful work with seniors and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• You're certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD, PA, VA, RI).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
