Job summary

Tenfold Senior Living in Elk Grove, CA seeks a Med Tech to provide personalized resident care and work with a dedicated team of staff. You’ll assist with medications, documentation, and daily living activities to support residents’ wellbeing.

Responsibilities include medication management, coordinating with pharmacies, maintaining records, and using electronic systems to track care plans. Full-time schedule Tue-Sat 6AM-2PM; strong communication and empathy for seniors are essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience relating to and caring for seniors.
• Meets licensing and background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication management, including pouring and passing medications per physician orders.
• Ensure all medication documentation is current and accurate.
• Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies; maintain organized medication room.
• Monitor psychotropic medication use per physician orders.
• Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and housekeeping.
• Use eHR and other systems to track care per care plans.
• Observe safety and report changes to the Resident Services Director.
