Position: Memory Care Nurse Manager (RN)

This role manages our 15-bed memory care unit, providing daily leadership through staff selection, orientation, training, and supervision of approximately 7 team members. Responsibilities include assigning and monitoring work duties, ensuring adequate staffing, participating in resident interviews and admissions, organizing family conferences, and managing employee time and attendance.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

• Graduate of an approved RN program
• Current RN license in this state
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines for long-term care
• Geriatric nursing or long-term care experience is a plus
• I.V. certification is a plus
