Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Manager, Memory Care (LPN or RN required) in Scottsdale, AZ. This full‑time role leads the Resident Care team, conducts health assessments, develops care plans, and coordinates admissions with the clinical team.

The position requires nursing credentials, management experience in dementia care, and at least a 1–2 year background in long‑term care. Excellent leadership and state‑compliant practice are essential.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or Gerontology preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience directing/providing dementia care for seniors preferred.
• Strong background in patient care assessment and developing non-pharmacologic approaches to resident needs.
• Experience in community or long-term care settings.
• Must meet all state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and staffing of team members.
• Provide nursing care to residents, including health assessments and care plans; discuss changes with physicians; implement interventions to reduce falls; assist with medication administration.
• Coordinate the resident admission process with the multidisciplinary team, including screening, assessment, and care planning.
