Newport Beach Memory Care in Newport Beach, California, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Director to oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and overall facility upkeep for our 26-apartment Memory Care community. You’ll lead the maintenance team and ensure a safe, clean environment for residents and staff, with on-call coverage as needed.
The role combines leadership with hands-on responsibilities, supervising two housekeeping staff and coordinating with departments.

- Strong background in preventative maintenance programs.
