Job summary

Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in New York is looking for a compassionate LPN to join our memory care team. You will provide hands-on nursing care under RN supervision, support treatments and care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote cognitive and emotional well-being.

Weekend Track LPNs are also welcomed with 7a-7p or 7p-7a shifts every other Saturday and Sunday. We offer competitive pay, day-one benefits, tuition reimbursement, and a retirement plan to support

Qualifications

• Current New York State license as an LPN.
• Preferred: 1-year experience as an LPN, preferably in a Skilled Nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care under RN supervision
• Assist with treatments, procedures, and resident care activities
• Collaborate with the RN and interdisciplinary team to collect data and help establish care priorities
• Contribute to the development and communication of individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor IV therapy per established standards
• Uphold all nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Offer compassionate support to residents and their families
