Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in New York is seeking an LPN for Memory Care on a day shift (7a-3p) with every other weekend commitment. You’ll deliver compassionate, person-centered nursing care under RN supervision in a facility that emphasizes dignity and innovation.

Qualifications

• Current New York State license as an LPN.

• Engage residents in meaningful activities to support cognitive and emotional well-being.
• Contribute to development and communication of individualized care plans.
