Brookdale Overland Park is seeking a Memory Care Nurse (LPN/LVN) for full-time or part-time roles in our memory care unit. The facility provides skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care and memory care in a 5-star environment.

Openings include 7a-7p shifts with weekend rotation and a $4/hr differential for certain hours. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k). EPA credits and paid time off vary by status.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN license required per state regulations.
• Experience in memory care preferred.
• Ability to document care plans and respond to changes in resident condition.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in residents' best interest.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans and document responses.
• Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room, adhere to procedures.
• LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.
