Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking an LPN for Memory Care in Tampa. The part-time role focuses on licensed nursing services, medication administration, and resident care coordination within our Hyde Park community.

The position requires an active LPN license in Florida, CPR certification, and strong English communication. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate care and participate in ongoing staff education and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license current in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Proficient in English for communication and emergency response.
• Basic nursing-related computer skills and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications following federal/state regulations and company guidelines.
• Participate in admissions assessments and documentation for new residents.
• Complete care plans and update clinical documentation as needed.
• Monitor health changes and notify physicians/families with proper documentation.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and coordinate with team members.
