Brookdale Overland Park is hiring full-time and part-time nurses for memory care. This 5-star continuing care community offers skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care and memory care, and boasts US News honors and Great Workplace credentials.

Openings include: Full-Time 9a-5p with every other weekend and a $4/hr weekend shift differential; Full-Time 6p-6a with every other weekend; Part-Time 9a-5p with every other weekend. A $2500 sign-on bonus is available for full-time.

Qualifications

• LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.
• Experience in memory care or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to monitor and document resident care per physician plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
• Nurses administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
