Job summary

Clearwater Living is seeking a Memory Care–oriented Lifestyle Assistant to join the Memory Support team at Clearwater at Rancharrah in Reno. You will execute programs aligned with our Empowered Living philosophy, delivering outstanding resident care with warmth and genuine concern.

Responsibilities include planning daily activities, special events, surveys, monthly calendars, newsletters, marketing support, volunteer scheduling, and transportation coordination while maintaining high professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; AA degree preferred or two years in the industry.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Willingness to drive the community vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily activities and events, including set-up and tear-down and decorations.
• Survey residents, observe, and recommend activities based on interest.
• Encourage participation in activities and adapt experiences for individuals.
• Create monthly calendars and assist with newsletters and social media.
• Assist with marketing events and coordinate volunteers.
• Coordinate transportation as needed and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain Clearwater Living standards and professional appearance.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

AA degree preferred or minimum of two years of work experience in the industry

Tools

First Aid Certification preferred
