Job summary

Northridge Village in Ames, IA is a fifth-star senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, memory care and short-term rehab. We seek a Life Services Coordinator (CMA/CNA/Non-Certified) to join Maggie's Place Memory Care, delivering compassionate personal care, medication reminders, and engaging residents in activities.

You will work with a supportive team on 8- to 12-hour shifts, including days, evenings and nights, with benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years’ experience working with individuals with dementia.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Medication Manager or Certified Medication Aide is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, medications, meals, and social activities.
• Monitor resident health and changes, reporting to nurse.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in living spaces.
• Support activity calendars and provide companionship.
• Follow infection control guidelines and privacy rights.
