Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years’ experience working with individuals with dementia.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have CMA certification in the applying state.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care, medication reminders and assistance as indicated on Resident Service Plans.
• Report tenant changes to the nurse and document health status updates.
• Prepare meals, supervise activities, and maintain kitchen and common areas.
• Engage tenants with social, educational, spiritual and recreational activities.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and compliance with policies.
