Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager in Naperville, IL to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents living with memory loss. You will develop and implement activities, engage residents daily, and organize enrichment clubs that foster purpose and connection.

The role requires 1+ year memory-impaired senior experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability; group activity leadership is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles and demographics to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage teams and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
