Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, recreation therapy or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years in assisted living or skilled nursing preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to lead activities and engage residents.

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing therapeutic and life enrichment programs.
• Leading holistic activities aligned with a person-centered care philosophy.
• Coordinating and delivering wellness and recreation programs tailored to residents’ needs.
• Providing hands-on involvement during scheduled activities.
• Supporting and supervising volunteers.
• Collaborating with the Activity Director to expand engagement opportunities.
